Philipp Chekler, the art of gesture

Some of Philipp's work has been displayed at the Bibliothèque Nationale de France  (BNF) (National Library of France).

Artist-painter, he has been exhibited in Europe and Japan. He is a member of Conseil National Français des Arts Plastiques (CNFAP) (French National Council of Visual Arts), a partner association of Unesco.

Passionate about Japanese culture, he teaches and directs many Aikido courses (he holds the rank of 4th Dan).

Transdisciplinary performer, he improvises in free calligraphy during performances along other artists (Japanese drums, Tibetan singers, electro-rock bands, etc).
